I had a major plumbing issue in my House. The main waste pipe that connects my shower, toilet, sink and kitchen Broke. It was a 4 inch cast iron pipe that was about 14 feet long. It was accessible by a crawl space under my house. So, I started to call (several) local Plumbing companies. The plumbers who showed up, looked at everything. Then told me I had to rip up my kitchen and Livingroom floor to fix the pipe. (None of the Plumbers wanted to use the crawl space.) One local plumber's wanted 200 dollars up front just to show up. Every Plumber gave me very expensive estimates for the work. When I accepted the work offer by one very well known company. The 2 men who showed up refused to do the work then left. It was almost 2 weeks and still no running water at my house. I went to the Home Advisor web site after hearing a radio commercial and searched for Plumbers who specialized in drainage issues. I called the first number that popped up. Joe from JSP Sewer & Drain Cleaning answered. I told him what was going on. He showed up that afternoon to take a look. Joe replaced the pipe the next day! I had an emergency on Saturday (11.18.17). I called JSP and Joe answered the phone while servicing another customer on a roof of a building down county. He arrived at my house in Montrose at around 4:00.

Over the next 2 1/2 hours, Joe strategically plotted a course of action to diagnose and eventually remove an obstruction in my main drain line. Through the use of high pressure water jetting and video camera monitoring, Joe worked tirelessly in very challenging conditions. It was cold, dark, and raining. He spent a lot of time on his hands and knees, in the mud, and with his head in my septic tank aligning the jetting hose in the drain inlet that was offset and difficult to navigate.

I was impressed with Joe's diligence, positive attitude and relentless approach to identifying all practical repair options one would expect from a seasoned contractor. Through the video camera monitoring, Joe also developed a means and methods solution to eliminate roots found in the line.

He was organized, respectful of my home and personal space, and accommodating to my time for scheduling a next steps appointment. His time and material pricing seemed very reasonable, and I truly felt that he didn't take advantage of my desperation in managing this weekend emergency service call.

I googled JSP relying solely on YELP reviews as a reference guide. It was a leap of faith to engage Joe, but I'm very happy that he answered the phone when I called. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JSP for residential drain line repair and maintenance work.

I had a recurring drain pipe clog, maybe 30' in, that I've had to have snaked annually. But this year I decided to try JSP instead of the other "roto" companies I usually use. After a large effort, Joe got it flowing again, but here's what makes him special. He could have left after the water drained, I would have been content, but he went way above and beyond by getting into the main trap of the house. This is not an easy job by any means, you should have seen it. Laying on his stomach and stretching his body into a pit, digging his hands into a trap that probably hasn't been touched in decades, and pulling out the grossest globs of stuff I've ever seen. But you see, the water was already flowing, he didn't have to do that, but his sense of diligence is very strong and he persevered until it was completely clean. I've never had any professional work so hard, it was amazing. You can't go wrong hiring this guy. He also could have charge a lot more than he did, but he had quoted a number before he arrived and didn't want to stray too far. He is truly a decent guy and I recommend him highly.

Let me start by saying my wife and I have dealt with 3 plumbers before finding Joe, and he has been nothing short of superb. Weâ ve had sewer line issues since moving into our home 2 years ago. Every couple of months, the sewer line would back up and we would have to clean the mess of water that came up out of the toilet and shower. Whenever we called plumbers, they would snake the sewer line and say weâ re good. Iâ m a month or two, same issue would occur. When we called Joe, he figured out that the problem was on our side of the sewer line, not the side leaving our house. He proceeded to remove 20 YEARS WORTH OF HARDENED GREASE that had accumulated. He also noticed we had an awful back pitch on our sewer line, which he also corrected in a day or two. The entire time Joe was courteous and flexible. He gave expert advice while offering honest opinions. We are thrilled with his work and we highly recommend him. If there is any plumbing work that may arise in the future, Joe is the only person Iâ d call.

Excellent service, transparency, and honesty. I hired Joe to look at a toilet that my handyman felt needed to be entirely replaced. Joe took a look, said we don't need to replace it and just made one adjustment in the upper tank; the toilet has been working ever since. I hired him again to come out and review my septic system after a septic company had concluded that I needed to replace that entire system for $10,000. Joe brought me outside with him as he reviewed the septic system, using a modern camera to inspect the pipes directly while I could watch with him the condition of the system. In the end, it turned out the system was working fine and didn't need repairs at all. Amazing. He then returned a number of days later to make some small upgrades to my system, keeping me informed the whole time of his schedule and the status of parts he was ordering. Can't beat that. Overall, I'll say this: It's hard to find people you can trust, and Joe is definitely one of them.

I'm working on a project to remove water away from foundation. I have four (out of eight) downspouts connected to a drainage pipe. Joe was able to locate the discharge point that I never knew existed. He was also able to identify the my house has an existing french drain in working order. The reason I say this is because multiple contractors said I needed a french to help with water issue in basement. Joe explained to me the water issue was not from the french drain. But, water coming from the outside overflowing the french drain and seeping through floor seam. Joe at JSP was professional, honest, and quick. I recently had to winterize a house. I reached out to a bunch of plumbers.
